Vladimir... "What message are you trying to convey with your art?

I want the observer to be reminded to look around at the everyday, at what has been lived, what has happened in some part of their lives or in all their days. I want my art to transmit the beauty in chance occurrences.

I want my paintings to reflect what is happening in my life or what has happened, something that touched me intimately, like nature, or even a documentary, a movie - it can be many things. I am a romantic.

I want the observer to allow themselves to feel their own emotions while looking at the painting, to see clearly what touches them in that moment of silence.

The viewer may be moved by the color that associates the image with issues of their own unknown or known

 spiritual level. The energy of the painting continues to work for those who need it.

To speak with the words that artists use is difficult for me; I simply enjoy it and say what I feel at that moment with simple words.

Painting and expressing what I feel is a unique experience, to which I then dedicate a small paragraph or message after finishing it.

This may sometimes take me a couple of days. With this message, my desire is to leave a quote that touches or inspires or raises awareness about a certain topic.

• Vladimir... You say before you start painting, you stand in front of the blank canvas, stare at it and let it speak to you, however you cannot always connect with it.
  What do you think that connection is, and where does it come from?

About this connection, when I hang the canvas, it is completely pure and white, it starts getting the light from different points and I am staring at it. I find it amazing and exciting this connection.

Then I stand in front of the canvas, and I must let it speak to me.

Sometimes, it takes time to establish a connection, but when it does, I let the colors speak to me and begin to flow on their own. I rely on inspiration from memories, places, nature, and emotions, and often practice metaphysics to connect with my inner self. After a period of relaxation and reflection, I take my spatula and begin painting with colors that I have visualized. Painting is a lot of fun!

When I finish painting Between Earth and Heaven, I want the observer to visualize the sky, a place of happiness where the soul is in a state of fullness. Still, beyond, it covers us not only with its blue color with its immensity, but there are also stars and galaxies without beginning and no end. On earth, we are, and we seek that happiness in the same way and here where we make our dreams come true.

Here is Vladimir's  answer about the essence of his art? 

Every stroke is intentional, every texture carefully chosen to evoke a particular emotion or memory. Through my art, I hope to inspire people to see the world in a different way, to appreciate the beauty in the mundane and find hope in the darkest of times.

Art is a language that transcends borders and cultures. It is a universal medium that can bring people together, evoke empathy, and inspire change. As an artist, I feel a deep responsibility to use my talents for good, to create works that speak to the human experience and spark conversations that can lead to positive change.

In my studio, I am free to explore my innermost thoughts and feelings, to create works that reflect my personal journey and the world around me. Each piece is a reflection of my own struggles, joys, and triumphs, but also an invitation for others to connect with their own experiences and emotions.

Through my art, I hope to create a space for introspection, where people can reflect on their own lives and find solace in the beauty of the world. For me, painting is not just a hobby or a profession, it is a way of life, a way of connecting with others and finding meaning in the world around us.

Which artists Artist  influenced Vladimir the most and why besides his family?

Apart from my family's influence, several artists have influenced me throughout my artistic journey. The first artist that comes to mind is W. Kandinsky, whose painting "Houes in Murnau" from his early years left a profound impression on me. The colors surrounding the village, the houses, and the road were very vivid and made me fall in love with his paint.

Another artist that has inspired me is Monet. His paintings of gardens and flowers are awe-inspiring. I remember being fascinated by his painting "Water Lilies" and "Port of Dieppe, Evening" when I was a child. I loved how he could create something so realistic with undefined brushstrokes, and it made me want to do similar things.

Jaroslav Gebr is also an artist whose influence on me is significant. His paintings hung on the walls of my house on 77th Street in Bogota, and his strokes left a lasting impression on me.

One of his paintings dedicated to my father playing the accordion always fascinated me, even though it remains unfinished because he had to travel. His paintings moved me to another world, and I always wanted to know who the artist was. Indirectly, his work influenced me.

Finally, I am also drawn to the works of other artists such as Mark Rothko, Cy Twombly, Willem de Kooning, David Hockney, and Henry Moore. Their art and sculptures inspires me to push my creative boundaries and explore new techniques and styles.

• Orion constellation - Alnitak, Alnilam, and Mintaka 

Some fans and followers of Vladimir's paintings often ask why three dots and eleven lines always appear in his works.

"Personally, I have always been attracted to stars and I am a big fan of Orion's Belt. While this may sound strange to some, I believe that somehow we have a connection to this constellation, also known as the Three Wise Men or the Three Sisters, which is an asterism in the Orion constellation. Orion's Belt is made up of three bright stars and searching for it is the easiest way to locate Orion in the night sky."

The  threee (3) dots in his paintings represent the stars  Alnitak, Alnilam, and Mintaka - and they are aligned with the pyramids of Egypt.
Vladimir has always included these three dots in his paintings since he was a child, as he believes that we are not alone and that we are somehow connected to the stars.

The T with the symbol approved mark represents the V for Vladimir and the T for Tajc, and the inclination is equal to that of the Great Pyramid of Giza, which is 51 degrees.

Vladimir's paintings also include eleven lines (11) , as he believes that events related to the time 11:11 appear more frequently than can be explained by chance or coincidence. He believes that this is related to the concept of synchronicity and that seeing 11:11 on a clock is an auspicious sign. Vladimir also claims that 11:11 points to a spiritual presence.
