Fractured Horizon

Sometimes, nature isn’t painted, it’s remembered. This work is a memory of the soul: a line breaking apart, like the horizon when emotion crosses through it.

Colors flow with instinctive strength, the strokes breathe, and the silence between layers speaks. Yes, there is a wound, but also a promise of light. Painting this piece felt like letting my inner landscape meet the outer world… and for a moment, they recognized each other.” – Vladimir Tajč

Fractured Horizon

In Fractured Horizon, painting becomes a memory of the soul. Colors flow with instinctive strength, strokes breathe, and the silences between layers reveal what words cannot. A broken line crosses the horizon, as if emotion itself had fractured it.

Within that crack there is a wound, but also a promise. Light emerges from the fragments, reminding us that every rupture carries the possibility of rebirth.

This canvas is a meeting between the inner landscape and the outer world, a fleeting instant in which both recognize each other. As part of the Scars of the Planet series, the work speaks of how fragility and strength coexist on the same surface.
